We allow customised cable assemly pursuant to your drawings, parts lists, patterns and drafts. Our product portfolio ranges from cut to length stranded wires to complexe cable assembly groups (cable harnesses). We assmble stranded wires, multi-wired control wires, coaxial wires and flat ribbon cables with our appropriate fully-automated assembly technology.
Cutting
- fully automated machine to cut, strip, crimp, mark and tin plating cables (Gamma 333)
- fully automated machine to cut, slit, slash, trip and mark flat ribbon cables with up to 64 contacts (Komax 31)
- fully automated machine to cut and strip singleconductor and multiconductor cables up to 12 mm outer diameter
- cutting and stripping of single stranded wires between 0,05 mm² and 10 mm² (Kappa 210)

Cable assembly
- fully automated machine with 2 crimp and (lead-free) tin plating modules for cross sections of stranded wires between 0,14 mm² and 6 mm², incl. ink-jet printing Komax Gamma 333-PC
- high frequency tinning, automatic twisting module
- crimp- and stripper-crimp-semiautomatic machine for cross sections between 0,06 mm² und 95 mm²
- latch semiautomatic machines for contacting of insulation displacement contacts (IDC) to flat ribbon cables AWG 28/30 and flat webbed house wires with contact spacing of 2,54 mm or 3,96 mm
