New SMD automatic placement machine from SONY

By the end of the year 2010, ECD invested in a new SMD line from Sony - consisting of the soldering paste printer SI-P850, the PCB assembler SI-G200BB as well as the automatic optical inspection device SI-V100.

Die SERCAM Containerlösung wurde speziell für Einsatzszenarien entwickelt, bei denen eine Langzeitüberwachung ohne zugängliche externe Stromzufuhr im Vordergrund steht. Die robuste Hardware wird am Objekt fest angebracht (z.B. Container oder Baumaschine). Dank der integrierten Hochleistungsbatterie ist die Einheit 5 Jahre wartungsfrei betriebsfähig – bei Wind und Wetter. Die Lösung bezieht GPS Daten vom frei verfügbaren GPS-Netz. Per GSM werden die Daten an den Leitstand übermittelt. Über eine WEB-Oberfläche wird die aktuelle Situation, wie Position, Objekt in Bewegung etc., dargestellt. Im Ereignisfall erhält der Nutzer zusätzlich Informationen aufs Handy (Alarm per SMS o. ä.).
