We allow customised cable assemly pursuant to your drawings, parts lists, patterns and drafts. Our product portfolio ranges from cut to length stranded wires to complexe cable assembly groups (cable harnesses). We assmble stranded wires, multi-wired control wires, coaxial wires and flat ribbon cables with our appropriate fully-automated assembly technology.
Cut to length
- fully automated machine used for crosscutting, stripping, crimping, marking and tinning (Gamma 333)
- fully automated machine used for crosscutting, slitting, slashing, tripping and marking of flat ribbon cables with up to 64 contacts
- fully automated used for crosscutting and stripping of single- and multiconductor cables of up to 12 mm outer diameter
- crosscutting and stripping of single stranded wires between 0,05 mm² and 10 mm² (Kappa 210)

- latch semiautomatic machines for contacting of flat cables AWG 28/30 and flat webbed house wires with contact spacing 2,54 mm or 3,96 mm
- printing modules for single-stranded wires, round and flat ribbonn cables
- laser printer for body and connectors
